Doors open at 11:00

11:00 Registration, tea, coffee and Danish Pastries available on arrival along with sweepstake
competition. F1 Simulator experience and walk through of the private Williams F1 Grand
Prix Collection available until 13:00hrs.

12:00 Take your seats in the Ayrton Senna Room for introduction, qualifying review and live
telephone link with a senior member of Williams F1 direct from the circuit. Followed by the
live coverage of the pre-race build up.

13:00 Live uninterrupted coverage of the Grand Prix via large TV screens with updates on tactics
and strategy from Williams F1 Pit Lane.

Cash bar available throughout the race and lunch.

13:30 Hot Fork buffet lunch

14:30 Conclusion of lunch service

14:50 Race Debrief and awarding of Sweepstake prize.

15:15 Williams F1 Gift Shop open

15:30 Guests Depart
